There were two court cases that i am aware of. (1) was an attempt by Bob Walker to evict Holcomb from premises in Florida, of no interest to me as there were no technical arguments involved. (2) was far more interesting. Holcomb sold an "ilpg" to a car dealership together with some alleged ip for $5million. The ilpg not only failed to reduce the power bill but actually increased it. The party involved brought a case for damages against Holcomb and Holcomb said there was never any guarantee that the "tech" would work and the contract only referred to use of the supposed ip. This second case is ongoing after Holcomb failed to stop it. Again i see you suggesting in a vague way that overunity has been witnessed, it has never been witnessed and never will be.
