Groveman, sold my company in 2011 to a much larger firm and we were doing about 2 mil a month with multiple retail outlets. That said we were profitable and a good size player in the sector. This product they have seems to work your correct but they have not figured out how to sell it at all. Sales are a joke to say the least. There balance sheet is a disaster and they have little to no operating cash. So who in their right mind would want to buy them?
