It's golden either way. It's a tool to uplist. By that time, this will be way above the .25-.33+ target.
And 2-3years out for that. Most won't be here, so why even?
However I was a big fan of it in the beginning. I didn't get in this till a R/S was found out. But that 1000:1 would kill all volume and their accumulation efforts would be crushed.
