I don’t think the name/ticker symbol change will prompt a change in the share structure and the CEO said their goal of getting to the NASDAQ should be possible without a RS. I wouldn’t say that makes it definite, but the company is also accumulating every share they possibly can and heavily manipulating the pps. To me, that’s the best evidence available that they won’t do an RS. Also, their rhetoric about creating wealth would fall flat if they start out by crushing their investors. They want to control as much of the float as possible so when this thing runs it makes people rich and creates buzz. That’s their business model and everything they’re doing is consistent with it.

As for prognosticating when they’ll let that happen, they’ll want the buzz to be about the new name, not the old one. So I wouldn’t expect .02 until the name changes, but I sure wouldn’t want to be without shares when it does.
