Respectfully disagree, may be true of widgets, not intricate high tech. Tell Nvidia that. they spent 20 years getting ahead of the curve and becoming the be all of AI.... when you have government purchasers, you HAVE to justify NOT going best of breed. I have experienced this first hand over the last 25 years, it's not like it used to be. my cousins friend is a vendor so I'll buy from him, rarely happens anymore
