It can also be viewed as 'looking out for oneself'. If this was such a great job they had here and saw such a bright future for themselves and the company, why leave? They left to help Bioelectronics? I would think you might have to look at their departure for what it most obviously was ---- looking out for NUMBER ONE! As maybe they understood the dire financial state this company is in. Cannot blame them for finding better and more secure employment. ie .0001/.0002
