$TSOI Just in case anyone new wants to better understand TSOI's lawsuit against some if its former/current investors, here is a quick summary.

-TSOI management lied repeatedly about an ongoing Phase 3.
-TSOI management has also repeatedly misled investors re: EUA filings, revenue from Costco, a slew of clinical trial related "updates," dilution, dividends, multi-million dollar "sales agreements and more.
-TSOI management has insulted shareholders calling them pigs, morons, gogbots and more while issuing repeated threats.
-Several shareholders (former or otherwise) have held TSOI management accountable for their lies and gross unprofessionalism by ensuring the issues are spoken to and not swept under the rug. TSOI filed a SLAPP suit to silence the truth.
-TSOI is 2 M + in debt, is burning through an additional ~2M in annual operating losses and is currently diluting at a pace of about 2 BILLION shares a year. It has never completed a registered clinical trial and has none current.
