The OS and AS are two different values. I am in uncharted territory, but the OS and not the AS is utilized in determining EPS. I think the board would have to vote on increasing the AS of 1.5 billion to 2.6 billion AS. However, to come up with an educated guess on what the market will value the post merged CRTG, the OS of about 331,000,000 shares should probably be utilized in determining the EPS. The best equation I’ve found to quickly calculate a future share price is as follows:

SP = P/E x EPS

Warren Buffet espouses a conservative P/E between 10 to 15.

15 x 100,000,000/331,000,000 = SP which is $4.53 for earnings of 100,000,000

Even if we use 1.5 billion as the OS figure we would come up with a SP of $1.00

If we used 2.6 billion for OS we would get .57 for a share price
