A lot of people always waste a lot of time sitting in these tickers that go no where. This OTC stock is no different. Its simply an ATM for the business. When they need the money they release the news, and then the big twitter trading accounts take advantage and pump the stock and thats all that happened when they released a LOI. It will jump again when they need to dip into the ATM, but who knows when that will be.
