Indeed, if this thing worked it would be a world changing tech, worthy of a string of Nobel prizes longer than your arm. Actually it does not work as the concept is 100% wrong. You had asked about the admission of it not working: in the court case with the car dealership Holcomb states that the contract is purely referring to intellectual property without any statement that it would work to reduce the electricity bill. Holcomb had written the contract without specifying that it would work but suggesting it would. Devious use of language.
