Why is the Calasse lawsuit stopping SRNW from doing a reverse merger?

Sharp used the Calasse lawsuit as an excuse for not taking shareholders to the promised land - it doesn't matter who wins or loses - and if there was a merger lined up the Calasse lawsuit wouldn't have stopped it - it is a Sharp tactic to delay because he doesn't have any companies lined up.

If he had a company or companies interested in the WNFT shell he would have never filed a Form 15 and allowed the shell to go to the Expert Market.
