This is another error on mgmt's part IMHO. I'm pretty sure investors temperature's are running hot right now what with the lack of anything from mgmt and no call in to the meeting is likely one more for the top of the pile.

I would anticipate there will be an 8K filed that provides the CEO letter and the results of the elections which of course for this go round isn't much. Masterson on the ballot ...... that is a withhold at best in lieu of not having option for "AGAINST" flat out.

I won't speculate on the meeting ... but I think it is ALWAYS a mistake not to engage investors ... good or bad. No action in the stock today so if anyone was in attendance, nobody ran out to "buy" or "sell" based on what they heard. =) I know the last shareholders meeting I was at, I knew the stock was a sell coming out of it.

It's time for this company to take the next step .... whatever that step may be.
