In the mind of a 3rd party promoter when a stock goes from .13 to .015 but then dead cat bounces to .02 that a win win for everyone?

No one will ever answer the echoing question of who paid Harbinger 10,000 to write an article with fake revenues?

Would not doubt that 3rd party pyramid scheme promoters might be lurking around here?
