Why is ASRE wasting $1m on a Demo Unit when Holcomb claim to have generators that actually work?

Folks this is your classic Pump and Dump scheme orchestrated no other than the Swindler Ron Loudoun in cohorts with Old Man Holcomb, Crooked Wife and Problem Drinker Dan Claycamp.

If the current generators are non-compliant, do not perform and are not guaranteed to perform as per Holcomb's defense in one of its court filings and is further subject to a multitude of lawsuits what kind of crazy uneducated investor would hand over $1m to the Swindler Ron Loudoun?
