Filing frivolous lawsuits are sanctionable. I know it was taken on a contingency and I know the lawsuit against them was also taken on contingency because that is standard practice in the industry. People like you that have no legal experience want to come on here and sow doubt for no reason. Also, why are you so concerned about the true up lawsuit? They are just receiving options. If this company is worth zero, those options expire worthless. The problem is you can’t keep your story straight. This stock should hit .50 this week. That will be proof you don’t have a clue about anything. Take a 30 day break, get a real job and maybe start buying some stock. You’ll thank me later.
