I think if something like this does happen (big IF) it would be a secondary listing of their common shares on OTCM. Many companies that list ADR on NASDAQ list common shares on OTCM.

Also, ARM hasn't completely rejected LSE. From what I read in the news, it still might do a dual listing on LSE. Based on the new secondary listing rules it looks like they would need to trade common shares on OTCM to make that happen.

I know this is highly speculative and I'm not saying anything is going to happen. But given the above context, what do you think?
