Looks very scammy to me too. In addition to the 43-101 stuff you note, I spotted lots of things in their annual report that make them sound like they don't really understand mining terms.

They describe the use of cyanide leaching as something you'd use in "soft volcanic soils". Huh?

Might be fun to dig into...could turn out that their operations are imaginary.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
