If he executed those shares without the vote or proper paperwork, as some have said, those shares should be cancelled on the spot, YES! I'd sure go for that. I'd love to see the float get reduced to $1 Billion or less, so they have more maneuvering room for the larger partner considerations in an impending schedule.
