Here you go. My voting will be as follows:

1. withhold, withhold; 2. For; 3. Against; 4. Against; 5. Against.

I am still trying to locate all my share counts. When I complete and satisfy in this process, I will vote as above and will notify the board.

My voting this time above is based on my assessment of the Management/Board's work in the past which doesn't meet my standard as good, particularly in terms of retaining or increasing shareholder values. The Management/board should be in the same boat as its most shareholders. Unfortunately, they are not. They get richer and richer excessively at the cost of the vast other shareholders who see their assets diminish in values very quickly.

So even HMRA approval arrives before my vote, there will be no change for me in voting. If the management/board becomes less selfish and greedy in enriching themselves while discounting their vast majority of retail shareholders in the future, I will be definitely happy to change.

In the past, I had urged them for years to buy some shares in the open market, and I could even lend them some money if they could not come up with their own resources (it was maybe a joke, but sincere in my part). But they are just as stubborn as a rock in a shit hole, seemingly only interested in rewarding themselves with excessive numbers of options and warrants as share prices were at rock bottom.

I know my vote, along with the votes of others who hold the same opinion may not change anything as the management/board and their privileged friends hold the majority of the shares, I have to be honest to myself and my conscience in voting. And hope one day, we may have enough votes to check their selfishness and greediness, and indifference to their life-line retail investors.

On the other hand, I have been continually accumulating shares thanks to the excessive, unnecessary huge dilution.

I think we will see share price appreciate beginning next week.

Cheers!
