Surely at .0007 and the “possibilities” is there as you say, the volume should be much much higher than it has been. 500$ us would buy 700,000 shares. With pending reinstatement and the fact that you claim you could purchase shares, you should own majority if not all of the available shares including “phantom” Shares.
