Disclosures are a great source of information when they can be trusted. How can there be more outstanding shares than authorized shares?
Page 28:

Common stock, $.0001 par value; 3,000,000,000 shares
authorized, 3,187,974,257 and 3,172,974,257 issued and
outstanding at March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023,
respectively

When did the authorized share count increase? Why are they only claiming 3.75 billion in the disclosure while otcmarkets is still showing 3.9 billion?
