The Holcomb claims that they have devices that output more power than they have on input is
BEYOND ridiculous. As this is not possible.

It always amazes me the numbers of people that can be fooled so easily by Over Unity / Free Energy hucksters.
There seems to be an endless supply of morons for scammers to take advantage of them.
