Totally agree, with one addition.
If CEO is owed this money, why has there never been recorded liability on Balance Sheet (past years or current), as would be required? For precedent, see previous 100M shares for legitimate $118K principal and interest, where CEO takes care of himself in orders of magnitude of excessiveness.
