If you are so confident in that position go find a plaintiffs attorney to start a class action for insider trading. You've got the best shot imaginable with the case about Elon being announced this week.

I'd imagine you will get laughed at though. December 26, 2021 was more or less the peak for LWLG. Between 12/26/21 and 1/17/22 LWLG dropped ~ 30%. Between 12/26 and 1/27/2022 VTI dropped 11.2%. THE ENTIRE STOCK MARKET DROPPED 11% INTO CORRECTION TERRITORY!! Trillions of dollars in value evaporated yet somehow LWLG management was at the forefront of that move and were able to obscure illegal insider trades with an impending market correction.

You don't like the company, I get it, I am dissatisfied with the pace of progress just like a great many people. At least keep your arguments rooted in reality.
