I'm not sure about that. If the dirty ones lose voting control, they can be flushed out of the company steadily, maybe slowly, while things are still moving forward. Austin and Zhabilov have no leverage if they lose voting control, and a growing amount of legal issues that may come back to remove them for good. SAGA and Kostiner are done, and the rest don't even have enough shares to worry about.

They'll be forced out and have to wait for their shares to make them money like the rest of us. If they lose voting control, they lose any option to screw with it, and would be risking a payout if they do anything to nullify the company or their shares at that point.

It's no pie-in-the-sky, but it may not be a long, drawn-out legal battle either.
