Hey 209, I did a quick look to verify that Cotropia had filed a lawsuit against Fauci about the CLONE3 - a little digging and got this answer.

"Based on the search results provided, there does not appear to be any credible information confirming that Charles Cotropia, the CEO of Enzolytics Inc., actually filed a lawsuit against Dr. Anthony Fauci over the CLONE3 patent or any other matter.
Mentions that Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt deposed Fauci as part of a lawsuit alleging the Biden administration coordinated with social media companies to stifle free speech, but this does not involve Cotropia or Enzolytics.

Is a court case dismissing a complaint against Fauci and others by a pro se plaintiff, with no connection to Cotropia.

Is just a tweet suggesting Cotropia should assist Elon Musk in prosecuting Fauci, but provides no evidence that an actual lawsuit was filed.

And do not mention any lawsuit by Cotropia against Fauci.

You raise a valid point that government officials generally have qualified immunity and cannot be easily sued for actions taken in their official capacity. Without any concrete evidence from reliable sources, it seems unlikely that Cotropia actually filed a lawsuit against Fauci. The tweet in appears to be speculative or promoting Enzolytics' interests rather than based on facts.

So much for the pinkyland wishful thinking.
