CAT they won't be able to do what they have been doing with sham resets, wash trades, married puts, and buy rights for tax savings. ISDA contracts between two or more parties for trade swaps, wash sales will not be able to happen because under CAT the lifecycle of every order will be thoroughly documented and assigned codes to track who bought/sold, what broker, what market maker took the order, and where it goes from there. They can't hide FTDs with trade swaps anymore.
They cannot play hot potato with anything anymore.

Mighty X is 100% correct on this. Don't like it........ oh well. Naked shorting is illegal here but overseas it is allowed. Although, they can easily naked short it here in the States too. It's illegal, but they don't care. Been doing it for decades. Check out the DTC CNS program. They can obtain as many market maker exempt shares of ANY ticker they want in ANY amount they want.
Need a super good subpoena to see what's in the obligation vault. So far none of much larger companies being naked shorted have succeeded. Like Fort Knox. $GME has over $2 billion in cash. Go figure..... cover up~? Maybe they are afraid of what will be exposed should some have a gander. Whatever they want to do. It's coming apart for them....... really is.
Could be more dilution....... but manipulation looks like to me. Just sayin.....
