Mr. PC: After I started accusing Quantum of SECURITIES FRAUD last year, they got more careful about what they said about the "Photon Engine" in public. But I believe they must be continuing to repeat their same old claims in more private presentations to investors and distributors. Otherwise it's hard to see how FlooidCX could have gotten the deal with ARC Energy, etc. Randell Mills' "hydrino" charade is still alive after more than 30 years. But maybe the SEC will finally investigate Quantum, after I file my Complaints on the Fourth of July.
