Sorry, but I have to comment on this article about Tesla. This pay package is ‘critical to Elon’s motivation’?? What about Elon’s motivation to be a good human being!! Does he need $50 billion for that? He is by far the best CEO out there, but even based on the original agreement should anyone be paid that for their ‘motivation’! I think Elon should take charge of this situation, take a pay cut, share with the employees, make Delaware, Texas and the world a happier place and get shares with increased voting rights so he has 25% of the voting rights!!! And he could donate at least a billion to the vets of America. He’d have more people with patriotism for Tesla and take care of these vets!! Tesla is iconic Americana!! Let’s go Elon, don’t let this battle over the proxy vote continue so Tesla can focus better!!!! And maybe Elon you could send some money towards World peace and the homeless!! I know I’m asking for a lot, but you would make this shareholder happier in doing something like this!!
