That is just how stupid DJT is. The account was in his name and they were authorized signers on the account. But he dug his own grave when he switched accounts and started writing them out of his personal account.

If I had been on the jury I would have given him a pass on the first 2 checks since his idiot sons signed them. He owns the other 32 counts. In Business Law they teach you first and foremost your signature is your bond. Use it wisely.
