The “longs” should be asking why the HES isn’t already at UL Labs.

The “longs” should be asking why ASTRA HOLCOMB hasn’t even bothered completing the first step in the testing process, and that is requesting a price quote (estimate) from UL, for services to examine and testing the HES devices.

This now screams of SCAM
