It’s apparent from the new FDA guidance that was issued a few days ago, that the DCVax dendritic cell vaccine technology, combined with the extensively patented NWBio owned Flaskworks technology, fits very well within the FDA’s eligibility requirements for platform technology designation by the FDA.

This will help pave the way for NWBio and DCVax to receive multiple tumor / tissue agnostic global approvals to treat all or most solid tumor cancers, in the future:
