Chin up. Put your rally cap on. That side project cost them almost everything and have done everything they can to stay afloat. You are right, didn't file at least and cancelled the RS (which was probably close to necessary at that time) They have practically diluted us down to those numbers, but they are still in business and inching forward.

They shouldn't have pivoted from the app, but thought they saw an opportunity to help and capitalize on it. It bombed and people drained the life out of this stock because Nevada pulled out because the gov was throwing out money, shots, and tests.

If they had been successful, the app would be launched already. They wanted to grow it organically and got close, but it was a major set back. 4 extra yrs so far (but still not BK'd) That is the silver lining I guess.

This is not Ghana...
