How about this tidbit...EMGE was supposedly going to do an IPO for PharmaZu...recall that...with Boustead Securities. In the recent filing as seen below..PharmaZu is now a discontinued operation! What a scam job the felon has done to shareholders. His other co CNGT is basically insolvent....EMGE on the brink and they transferred assets to KOAN to protect the preferred shareholders intertest. WAKE UP PEOPLE!
