Again more BS from PowerLESS. This was not a merger...it was a share exchange and only for certain preferred shareholders...EMGE common shareholders get nothing in KOAN. Read the damn filing. EMGE only has left in it the Wholistic Co....all the other entities it owned were transferred to KOAN. In short, the felon Zimbler and his lapdog JM along with his other cronies, the " certain preferred shareholders" got to exchange their EMGE shares for KOAN. My guess is that this was done because EMGE could not raise money, the stock is down 99% and they needed another vehicle to continue their shell games. Fortunately they found a co in KOAN that was just as much a POS the EMGE was but didnt have the baggage. AGAIN, NO MERGER, SHARE EXCHANGE AND EMGE COMMON SHAREHOLDERS GOT FUCKED OVER.
