It doesn't count if it's a credit card company. For the most part that is....

American Express was my "go to" card always. Loved it...but then they did something that was really scamy' to my account. I called them on it...and never got a straight answer and a lot of nonsense. It was the only credit card company I trusted..until then. I told em' to f' off and they sued me. it was the only time I was ever sued. During the process they did another scam on me with a false credit to my account. They said I was over billed at one time...three years earlier(starting the clock over).

I was really shocked..and naive thinking they were the only real credible credit company out there. It was so scamy', what they did looked like what one of those "pay day loan" companies do..lol.

On the same note...this seems fitting between the two parties :) He won't pay it.....won't show up...and get a judgement placed on him. Looks like two of the same smelly fish in a barrel to me.
