well so many responses from "Experts" about OTC Shells. LOL , Folks lets see what happens , it is Obvious the Three C's are doing something with ADNEXUS , so TIME WILL TELL.

Here it is from an ATTORNEY who handles many OTC companies , just go with it and lets post facts, LINKS to Data points, you can search this easily but at this point it is Subjective at best where this is headed. I have already posted the LINKS, FACTS about Kelli Austin (Criminal details and Fraud), Sharabura just a front person , Barry K ( just wrong in so many details on what ever is looked up, SAGA non existent on any brokerage or listed as a business anywhere now, Harry Z made sure the Zhabilov trust was funneled via wife Diana to Daughter DANI , so those shares are long gone , plus funneling to Kelli A all this time.
It will all come out soon enough, in fact I expect Sharabura to back off these posts and PR's as to much heat is coming his way on each one.
