If you know anything about the vast majority of Baytown, Texas, it will tell you what a scam Kostiner and SAGA was. He was supposed to be operating out of a very nice office building I used to drive right by on the freeway, when working in California. In fact, his Sagaliam website said he had the floor right below the penthouse level.
