Sharabura is a public official and the law for defamation between a public official and a private citizen is much different.

Public figures have voluntarily put themselves in the public spotlight and therefore have a higher threshold for proving defamation. In contrast, private figures must show that the defendant acted with malice or negligence to win a defamation claim.

Posting the phone number of Sharabura isn't illegal.

Sharabura isn't going to file a lawsuit because he and ENZC couldn't deal with Discovery and the world would see that ENZC was setup as a share selling scheme. Sharabura would have to provide proof of research - clinical trials in Africa and Bulgaria. And they couldn't do that.
