will vote NO for all items concerning compensations for Linda and the gang.

I am keeping an open mind and will vote at the last possible second with the hopes we have great news.

At this juncture of the approval/partner process, to vote for the compensation package without news is a difficult endeavor.

If something positive, then the naked vote for package worked out great. If something negative comes out, after the vote. then voting against the package was the right thing to do. The question is, what vote would cause you less grief, if the opposite happen? IMO, voting for a package and have something negative would cause me more grief than voting against the package and hearing great news....They still have their million of shares...
