Libor will likely wrap up before Oct 2. Otherwise this goes to trial and I'm sure the banks don't want to go through that or face RICO and criminal liability.

So we are getting close. No way will this case get dismissed. Not sure we will get 400b, but it will be substantial. MY guess is the Wamu estate gets about 50% of the final settlement.

Remember this Libor settlement has nothing to do with payment for the bank! It's all about the Libor rigging only.
