NOTED on SAVOV , however he is still after the IMMB side , which the wording on the ENZC disclosure shows it still as an owner , but somewhere it appears along the line of many filings Harry Z added "written off as Worthless" (LOL) . Time will tell , HOWEVER this just came out May 2,2024 so perhaps SAVOV just renamed the lawsuit and is still going strong.

The filing did have that there are still ongoing legal matters in CA and DELAWARE , so yet TBD there and at ANY TIME more can be added to the list. The Point of following KOP is that he has a legal background and currently has the capabilities of seeing all of this and posts them , so that is good to have.
