"DTCC should be disbursing the $100 USD per share to former fractional shareholders by Friday"

Has anyone with fractional shares been paid out yet? I haven't seen anything. Also, his statements about paying $100 "per share" for fractional shareholders is confusing, since fractional shareholders don't have any actual, whole shares. And in the PR, it says this:

"As part of the reverse stock split, fractional shareholders will be provided with a cash payment in lieu of a round-up of fractional shares"

We'll be provided a payment INSTEAD of a round up of fractional shares??
