I just can’t imagine how the Board of Directors can sit back and do nothing. This stock has dropped at such an alarming rate that immediate action should be taking place. Am I wrong to think that Foley’s removal should be immediate, and should not have been after the stock has dropped 90%+ in less than a year?

This message board has turned into amateur hour. If you cannot handle share price volatility, sell your shares and move on. If you think Foley needs to be fired immediately, sell your shares and move on. If you think the BoD isn't doing their job, sell your shares and move on. It's that simple. BTW, the BoD's job isn't to focus on maximizing share price every single day, but to provide proper oversight / governance while ensuring the Company is properly capitalized with the appropriate resources / Management team to maximize shareholder value over time.

I can only hope that the product is good enough that we are saved by a buyout, and it’s not too late. It’s obvious that this board is just as irrelevant and unqualified as Foley. I know not one person that works for them. I wish I did. There is no way they are not concerned about the future of the company and their employment.

Based on these comments, you have no idea what you're investing in and clearly over your head. Just sell your shares and move on. It's that simple.

The lack of buying from the leadership at these levels, is cause for serious concerns and that it’s likely over! At least I can write down the losses.

Again... If you think Management isn't buying shares because they think RVNC is a zero, sell your shares and move on.

If you think RVNC isn't investing its capital properly by investing in a salesforce to drive revenue growth overtime, sell your shares and move on. If you think RVNC couldn't sell itself for significantly more than the current share price, sell your shares and move on.

If none of the above apply, be an actual investor (and a grown-up) and either take advantage of lower prices or sit on your hands and do nothing. Writing non-sensical posts is a waste of everyone's time.
