It was private hospitals last week. The government decided to raise the fee schedule for public hospitals 4pct, or something like that, and 0.2pct for private.

The government's thinking was that the private sector was making profits, while the public sector was in the red with the same fee schedule.

Go figure. I think there is a word that describes this phenomenon, hmmmm, Oh got it GOOD MANAGEMENT
