Not sure they've figured that out yet, in full anyway. It was mentioned that if all else failed, they'd try to do a share conversion for current ENZC shareholders to move over to the new company. The devil will be in the details of course, and I don't think that has been fully worked out yet. That's why it's their last plan should their first two options fail.

They are also confident regaining control of ENZC won't fail.

That's why their main priority is regaining full control of ENZC. I hope to hear more soon.
