Not to mention senior management that wrested control of the voting stock by means that, let's say, appear to be less than legally and ethically sound.

Every decision made by the BoD that required the majority of the common shareholders to approve was only made by the disenfranchisement of the retail "investors" in SHMP.

And yet, the Series A shares still exist, and there is no sign that Easterling ever participated in the conversion of his Series A shares via the so-called "Shover Settlement".
