I'm not entirely sure that this is what it means. I read this as when Amarin (the "company") approved the buyback, they were required to disclose. And since Amarin already approved it and disclosed it, they are not required to make further disclosures. I may be wrong in my interpretation.

But...it's neither here nor there. I assume they will make a statement that it was approved by the FCA once that happens.

When a UK company approves a share buyback program, it is required to make significant disclosures related to the buyback under the new rules adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in May 2023.

So once approved Co is required to disclose
