Agree on compassionate use/right to try. I contacted Anavex re a close relative recently diagnosed with ALS.
Response was no program is available and regarding a direct ALS clinical trial they said none were planned.
By the time anything is approved even off label use will be too late for them to try! So frustrated at the time taken
to get this to market
