He's copying the business model because he's not creative enough to come up with his own plan. It's all a huge ruse. They expected to get bought out by now but that plan has failed. Now it's full steam ahead EXTEND & PRETEND mode as long as possible while they take shareholders CASH out of the company in the form of a PAYCHECK.
